WEB3 INNOVATION | A Dose of Weekly, On-Chain Inspiration

Web3 empowers both brands and users to support community initiatives in new & novel formats. Tally Ho! is a first of its kind crypto wallet that is 100% open source, accessible to everyone, and fully owned by its community.

A few months ago, we started exploring a few ideas with their team on how to engage the Tally Ho community with an experience that was unique to their brand and narrative. Ultimately, their goal was to create an on-chain community pledge to #defendweb3, in line with the industry's ethos.

The Tally Ho! team needed a system to verify users had signed the pledge and then claim the associated role in their Discord server. This system utilized the ‘sign-in with Ethereum’ standard to verify a user’s wallet address and grant them access to their Discord community.

Given our background building out Auth, the thirdweb team was well positioned to provide the expertise required to create an end-to-end user experience that was simple and intuitive to use. We're excited help accelerate Tally Ho!'s continued success, and look forward to extending our experience in the space to more and more partners.
